Minor School Bus Accidents
Since you weren’t in the bus accident with your child, you don’t know what exactly happened. They may have hit their head on the seat in front of them, or on the metal side of the bus. Depending on the age of the child, they may not be able to communicate how badly they’re hurting.
Getting medical treatment for your child after a bus accident is important. Head injury examinations, and X-rays of the back and neck could help parents determine the extent of an injury.
Your doctor will tell you what to look out for in your child’s behavior within the next few days. If the child seems to be in pain or exhibiting symptoms of a head injury, you will want to see a doctor ASAP.
