Recently acquired the help of Josh Meyers at Schultz & Meyers for some legal help and not only did he manage to get everything settled and taken care of but he did it while away on vacation! Constant lies, deception and uninformed. If you don't want to worry about your attorney scamming you then I'd go elsewhere because they will figure out any way possible for them to keep more money than you. GUARANTEE YOU that they will make more than you!! If you're using Schultz and Myers already then CHOOSE YOUR OWN DOCTOR NOT THEIRS!!I didn't even receive half of what my attorney settled on!! SAD!!

To say it is disappointing to hear Aaron, who talked to me for less than 2 minutes say he is going to pass on the case b/c there is not enough money in the case is very sad. You would think that as an attorney, you would actually want to listen to the whole conversation before making that decision, and to say it is only based on money is kind of terrible, in my opinion.

Unfortunately, there are times when our law firm and our lawyers decide that offering legal representation to a potential client is not feasible in a given particular situation - and that can be for many different reasons, one of which is if there may not be enough money to make a client "whole again." One of the things Stephen Schultz learned (the hard way) at a young age when he was seriously injured by a negligent driver is how awful the entire situation is, and how much worse it can be if you choose the wrong lawyer to help. And once he went to attend and graduate law school and form Schultz Myers with his partner Josh, two of the leading goals of the firm from day one was to only get involved in potential cases where our lawyers could BOTH 1) Add value with our legal representation, and 2) Provide the client with a 5-star experience with our law firm. In situations where there may not be enough money to make a client whole, we are set up from the start to fail at both of those goals.Schultz Myers has more 5-star reviews from actual clients than vast majority of other law firms in St. Louis, and across the country for that matter. And we have worked hard to build that reputation and trust. Unfortunately when we cannot get involved in a particular new case, our decision can be both frustrating and disappointing for the caller, and for that we are certainly sorry. Please continue to call around to other local law firms - there is a good chance one of them will end up taking on your case. Just please be mindful to research ANY lawyer or law firm you are looking to hire because that decision is incredibly important.

The office is amazingly beautiful but I do gotta say that my lawyer Veronica is sweet, understanding, and kind hearted when I was scared and hurt she helped ease my anxiety about getting a procedure done. I left my information with the intake person who told me someone would would get back to me that afternoon or the next day. It's been three or four days now and no one has contacted me. I followed up this morning to find out they don't handle my situation. No one had the consideration to either email, text, or leave me a voice message telling me they do not handle my type of situation. I definitely would not recommend this firm. Basically if they cannot handle your situation they're not going to bother to call you back to tell you that, shame on them, how inconsiderate.
