Aaron M. Vogel
Aaron Vogel is a personal injury attorney at Schultz & Myers Personal Injury Lawyers. Aaron has over fifteen years of experience specializing in personal injury matters including product liability, medical malpractice, FELA, premises liability, auto accidents, trucking accidents, dog bite injuries, injuries resulting from property fires and workers’ compensation claims.
Aaron helps his clients protect their legal rights and receive fair and just compensation for their injuries lost wages, future lost wages, past medical expenses, future medical expenses and pain and suffering.
Aaron represents his clients in pre-litigation matters in which he tries to reach a fair and equitable settlement on behalf of his client without filing a lawsuit. Aaron also represents clients who have been forced to litigate their claims in court, including representation for motions, depositions, mediations, and trials in both Missouri and Illinois.
Aaron graduated from Fulton High School in 1992 and was valedictorian of his graduating class. Aaron graduated from St. Ambrose University Summa Cum Laude in 1996 with B.A. degrees in history and political science. Aaron earned his J.D. from the Saint Louis University School of Law in 1999.
While in law school, he interned at the St. Louis City Circuit Attorney’s Office. Aaron also clerked for attorneys who specialized in personal injury cases, thus beginning his interest in helping people who have been injured in accidents.
