Keri Smith grew up in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at The University of Memphis where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Political Science. During the time she was getting her Master’s degree Keri also worked full time at a large personal injury law firm. After graduate school, Keri returned home to Missouri and attended law school at St. Louis University. While in law school, Keri was the Notes & Comments Editor of Law Review, was published in St. Louis University Public Law Review, and worked as a law clerk at an established personal injury firm. She was able to gain a wealth of experience in personal injury as a clerk and even argued in front of The Eastern District Court of Appeals.

Since law school, Keri has practiced in the areas of personal injury and insurance defense giving her a unique view and strategy in helping her client’s as she has an insider’s view on how defense firms prepare their cases. She understands the importance and uniqueness of each case and is extremely passionate about the work she does. Keri truly believes that personalized service is a priority, and she tailors her case strategies based on those differences. Keri’s compassion and knowledge of the law helps her lead clients to the best solutions for their case.

Keri is the President of the Board of Directors of Great Mines Health Center which provides excellent health care to those in need. She has been selected to the Super Lawyer Rising Star list from 2020-2024. When she is not practicing law, Keri can be found at the Fox theater in St. Louis enjoying a show, watching the Cardinal’s win, enjoying the best Italian you can get on The Hill, or playing a round of golf.
