In addition to the Ice Bucket fundraiser, Schultz & Myers Personal Injury Lawyers Law Firm was a supporting sponsor of the Kimmswick 5k. The money raised at the 5k went directly to the Nancy Ratliff Medical fund to help offset the medical bills the Ratliff family was facing.
At the age of 61, Nancy Ratliff was diagnosed with ALS. As her condition worsened, the medical costs increased. Treatments for the disease can cost up to $200,000 a year.
Schultz & Myers Personal Injury Lawyers acted as a sponsor of the event, participated in an ice bucket challenge fundraiser, and set up a booth to join in the festivities of the 5k.
